For most of the year, it certainly isn't cheap to play a round of golf at most area clubs.
But now that summer is here and the temperatures are climbing, golfers should be happy to see prices move in the opposite direction.
Most clubs offer a discounted summer rate which, unless otherwise noted, is valid right now.
Below you will find a list of courses and their reduced rates. Please call the courses to double check on prices and find out when the rates expire before heading out to play.
The book is a collection of anecdotes on how to manage your mental game from instructors including Tiger Woods' coach Butch Harmon, golfers such as Mark O'Meara and Nancy Lopez as well as sports psychologists and teaching professionals. Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Annika Sorenstam and many others contributed their thoughts to the book.
"It's a book for everyone," Jones said. "You get a chance to pick their minds.
"Everyone will get something different out of it. It's great fun too."
