Three LV builders disciplined

The Nevada State Contractors Board has revoked the licenses of two Las Vegas contractors and suspended a third company's license, accusing them of violating state construction laws.

A. Daley & Wilson Inc. was charged with substandard workmanship, abandoning a project, disregarding state safety or labor laws, failing to comply with the board's regulations, failing to establish financial responsibility and other alleged violations.

Atchley Enterprizes was charged with failing to cooperate in the investigation of a complaint, failing to pay for materials and services, abandoning a project, failing to comply with a notice to correct and other alleged violations.

N W Masonry was charged with failing to comply with a notice to correct.

Wilson and Atchley had their licenses revoked, N W Masonry's license was suspended. None of the defendants could be reached for comment.
