Leta M. Boyer-Vandesande
Leta M. Boyer-Vandesande, 55, of Henderson died May 15 in Henderson. She was born Oct. 24, 1945, in Pontiac, Mich. A resident for 24 years, she was a waitress.
She is survived by one daughter, Noel Null of Henderson; and one son, Todd Erickson of Manheim, Pa.
Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Joseph Hoffman
Joseph Hoffman, 76, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospice. He was born Feb. 16, 1925, in New York City. A resident for 16 years, he was a physician, a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Knights of Pythias.
He is survived by his wife, Doris; one daughter, Lori Hoffman of Weston, Vt.; one sister, Sherry Hoffman of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and one grandchild.
A memorial service was scheduled at 1 p.m. today in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Timothy H. Kelley
Timothy H. Kelley, 43, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 7, 1957, in San Diego. A resident for 15 years, he was a construction engineer and an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Georgianna; two daughters, Catrina Kelley of Las Vegas and Jessica Kelley of Ohio; his father, Arvie Kelley of Pahrump; his mother, Marolyn Kelley of Texas; and four sisters, Kevin Saylor and Michele McDonald, both of Poway, Calif., and Belinda Sandwina and Mary Dawn DeNora, both of California.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, Calif. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Elizabeth C. Koterba
Elizabeth C. Koterba, 85, of Boulder City died Thursday in Boulder City. She was born April 20, 1916, in Stamford, Conn. A resident for 50 years, she was a retired nurse, a World War II Army veteran, a past officer of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Elks Does and a member of Daughters of the Nile.
She is survived by one brother, Charles H. Taff of Stamford.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. today and one hour prior to an 11 a.m. service Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Graveside services will be 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Guy Hartwell 'Red' Lee Jr.
Guy Hartwell "Red" Lee Jr., 70, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 4, 1931, in Michigan. He was a groundskeeper for the city of Torrance, Calif., a Korean War Navy veteran, a longtime member and past commander of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1622 in Lomita, Calif., and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Henderson Post 3848 and Amargosa Valley Post 6826.
He is survived by two sons, Andy G. Lee of Long Beach, Calif., and John Lee of California; one stepdaughter, Jeanie Zaffini of Las Vegas; his mother, Evylen Lee, and one sister, Sylvia Daniel, both of Tennessee; one brother, Ken Lee of MIssouri; and four grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Services and burial will be in Lomita. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Georgia McCauley
Georgia McCauley, 69, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 6, 1931, in Alliance, Neb. A resident for 30 years, she was a retired telephone operator.
She is survived by two daughters, Sally Yeager of Alliance and Susan Graff of Las Vegas; two sons, Michael McCauley of Alliance and Kelly McCauley of Las Vegas; two sisters, Phyllis MacFarland of National City, Calif., and Shirlee Lease of Scottsbluff, Neb.; one brother, Joe Weldin of Olathe, Kan.; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
J. Lee McClintock
J. Lee McClintock, 83, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 20, 1918, in Pomona, Calif. A resident for 21 years, he was a retired schoolteacher and a Marine Corps and Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly; four daughters, Kathy Diewald, Terry McClintock, Corinne Monson and Denise Luzano, and one son, Kim Myers, all of California; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Mary Morey
Mary Morey, 65, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 29, 1935, in Oak Park, Ill. A resident for 13 years, she was a retired assembler in the bakery industry.
She is survived by one daughter, Nancy Oetjens of Las Vegas; two sons, Thomas Morey of Moreno Valley, Calif., and Robert Morey of North Las Vegas; one brother, James Schrader of Chicago; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Katie Palmer
Katie Palmer, 77, of Searchlight died Sunday in Henderson. She was born May 6, 1924, in Nashville, Tenn. A resident for 35 years, she was an inspector.
She is survived by one daughter, Barbara F. Martin of Las Vegas; and one son, Harold Helton of Detroit.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Detroit. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Florence 'Flo' Phillips
Florence "Flo" Phillips, 81, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospice. She was born Dec. 13, 1919, in Massachusetts. A resident for 11 years, she was a retired electronics assembler in the aerospace industry.
She is survived by her husband, Bill; three sons, Joseph Belanger of Rhode Island, Richard Belanger of Florida and Russell Harriman of Texas; one sister, Leona Lafemina of Henderson; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

David L. Romine Sr.
David L. Romine Sr., 50, of Sandy Valley died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 27, 1950, in Chanute, Kan. A resident for 12 years, he was a hotel supervising engineer.
He is survived by one son, David L. Romine Jr., his mother, Ivy Romine, and one brother, Roger Romine, all of Louisville, Ky.; his companion, Brenda "Susie" Shott of Sandy Valley; and one grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Tuesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 2 p.m. services Wednesday in Bunkers Chapel. Burial will be private.
John Joseph Sayeski Sr.
John Joseph Sayeski Sr., 75, of Las Vegas died Thursday in North Las Vegas. He was born June 7, 1925, in Salamanca, N.Y. A resident for one year, he was a plumber, an Army veteran, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Moose, American Legion and Elks.
He is survived by four sons, William O'Grady of Washington state, Frank Sayeski and John Sayeski Jr., both of California, and Peter Sayeski of Florida; two daughters, Janice Clarke of Washington and Thisbe Olesko of Utah; one sister, Veronica Carlson of Illinois; 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be private. Burial will be in Salamanca. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Glenn 'Bing' West
Glenn "Bing" West, 75, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospice. He was born June 4, 1925, in Monmouth, Ill. A resident for 30 years, he was a retired hospital engineer, a World War II and Korean War Navy veteran, a member of the American Legion and the Masons.
He is survived by his wife, Alice.
No local services are scheduled. Services are pending in Illinois. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

Dorothy A. Young, 88, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born April 4, 1913, in Indianola, Miss. A resident for three years, she was a beautician, a lifetime member of Order of the Eastern Star Starlight Chapter 51 and Talisma Rose Mesdames Club.
She is survived by one son, Herbert J. Young of Las Vegas; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 1-5 p.m. Tuesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services and burial will be in California.
