Builder issues challenge for Camp Fund donors

Daniel Schwartz, president and CEO of Perma-Bilt Homes, has issued a challenge to area builders: Help him help the Sun Camp Fund.

Schwartz, who recently donated $5,000 to the Camp Fund, has written his colleagues in the home-building industry urging them to donate as well. He believes in giving back to the community, especially when it involves children.

The Sun Camp Fund hopes to raise enough money this summer to send 200 children to area camps.

Schwartz recently met several children at the Reynolds unit of the Henderson Boys and Girls Club who will benefit from Sun camperships.
