Immunization schedule for July 31, 2001

Health District immunization clinics are open each week in Southern Nevada. Im munizations are provided without charge to children and young adults under the age of 19 in any of four public health centers and 12 immunization clinics. These clinics will be open Wednesday through Aug. 7.
DISTRICT HEALTH CENTER: 625 Shadow Lane, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
NORTH LAS VEGAS PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER: 1820 E. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite F, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
HENDERSON PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER: 129 W. Lake Mead Drive, Building A, Suite 10, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
EAST LAS VEGAS PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER: 560 N. Nellis Blvd., Suite E12, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
BOULDER CITY CLINIC: Multi Purpose Building, 1204 6th St., 9 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
MEADOWS VILLAGE CLINIC: Chester W. Stupak Community Center, 300 W. Boston Ave., 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday.
GREEN VALLEY CLINIC: Green Valley Library, 2797 N. Green Valley Parkway, 9 a.m.-noon and 1-3:30 p.m. Friday.
BELZ FACTORY OUTLET WORLD: 7400 Las Vegas Blvd., South, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday.
WAL-MART: 3615 S. Rainbow Blvd. and 540 Marks St., Henderson, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday.
FREMONT MEDICAL CLINIC: 4415 W. Flamingo Road, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. Immunizations free to anyone who walks in.
WAL-MART: 2310 E. Serene Ave. and 1807 W. Craig Road, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Sunday.
RAINBOW LIBRARY: 3150 N. Buffalo Drive, 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Aug 7.
CAMBRIDGE COMMUNITY OUTREACH CENTER CLINIC: 3827 S. Maryland Parkway, 9 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m., Aug. 7.
