StumbleCSU selected to win MWC

Colorado State was selcetd to repeat as Mountan West Conference football champions -- with UNLV a close second -- in a poll of MWC media members released today during media day at the Four Seasons Hotel.
The Rams, coming off a 10-2 season and a No. 14 ranking in the final Associated Press poll, claimed 11 of the 17 first-place votes for 130 points. UNLV was second with four first-place votes and 118 points.
The MWC also issued its preseason all-conference team as selected by the league's media. UNLV had four players selected: quarterback Jason Thomas, defensive lineman Anton Palepoi, defensive back Kevin Thomas and punt returner Troy Mason.
