Boulder City boys to compete in Akron

Jacob Harvey, 12, and Tyler White, 11, both of Boulder City, will represent Southern Nevada in the the 64th All-American Soap Box Derby on Saturday in Akron, Ohio.
Harvey will participate in the Super Stock division and White will be in the Stock Car division.
There are 121 boys and girls competing in the Super Stock division and 130 in the Stock division.
More than $50,000 in college scholarships will be awarded to three divisional winners. Each has earned the right to compete by winning local Soap Box Derby races in their home communities.
