Workshop scheduled at Whitney Ranch
A financial management workshop will be offered 6-8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Whitney Ranch Recreation Center, 1575 Galleria Drive, Henderson.
Cash and risk management, investments, tax planning, retirement planning and estate planning will be discussed in the workshop, sponsored by Henderson Parks and Recreation.
Participation is $12. To register or for information, call 450-5885.
University Medical Center
offers assistance to parents who wish to enroll children (ages newborn to 18) in Nevada's Children's Health Insurance Program. Sessions are 8 a.m.-4 p.m Monday through Friday at Enterprise Health and Dental Center, 1700 Wheeler Peak St. Call 383-1922 to schedule an appointment.
