Las Vegas-based Engineered Equipment & Systems Co. (EES), a supplier of air conditioning equipment, said it acquired ACS Nevada Inc., a maker of water chillers used for air conditioning systems.
Both companies are privately held. Terms were not disclosed.
EES said the acquisition will allow the company to become a single-source provider of all equipment related to large air conditioning systems.
EES provides large air conditioning systems for several Las Vegas Strip resorts, such as Bellagio, the Mirage, MGM Grand, the Venetian, Mandalay Bay and the Luxor.
McCarran International Airport and the Clark County School District are also EES clients.
EES now has 14 employees.
