Prices fall another 3.5 cents

Average prices for a gallon of gas in Las Vegas dropped 3.5 cents in the past week to $1.57, according to the Automobile Club of Southern California's Weekend Gas Watch.
The Weekend Gas Watch monitors the average price of gasoline at popular destinations for motoring trips.
Southern California, a key market for the Las Vegas tourism industry, also continued to see gas prices drop for the eighth week in a row.
The Los Angeles-Long Beach area saw a 4.4 cents drop per gallon of gas in the past week to $1.82. The highest price for that area was $2.03 set the week of May 25.
