I got so mad when I read the Las Vegas Sun Tuesday night. How dare Vice President Dick Cheney ask for the Navy to pay his utility bill. We have to pay our electric bill in two payments. If he can't afford the payments, then he should move to a smaller place. All of our bills are way up and none of us can afford the raises.
By the way, how do we sign up for the Navy to pay our utilities?
