Castaldi forms media agency

Castaldi's new firm is working directly with clients and networking with a variety of local agencies and firms to improve and enhance the communication skills of those in the spotlight.

Castaldi, who has worked in the local media since 1974, helped launch the newscast of KVVU-TV Channel 5, the Las Vegas Fox affiliate, in fall 1998, and served as the channel's news director for two years before resigning in August.

Castaldi also had worked at the other three local network affiliates. She worked as a news reporter-anchor at KVBC Channel 3 for 18 years before going to Channel 5.
