Rebecca T. Angeles
Rebecca T. Angeles, 64, of Las Vegas died Monday. She was born Aug. 31, 1936, in Chicago. A resident for five years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Cynthia Miller of LaHabra, Calif., and Irene Wilkinson of Ontario, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Elizabeth 'Betty' Ardizzone
Elizabeth "Betty" Ardizzone, 70, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Jan. 26, 1931, in New York. A resident for 27 years, she was a retired department store sales associate.
She is survived by two daughters, Joanne Ardizzone of Las Vegas and Linda Ardizzone-Marcantonio of Louisville, Colo.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Jones. Burial will be private.
The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite charity.
Howard W. Ball
Howard W. Ball, 83, of Goodsprings died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born June 10, 1918, in Nevada. A resident for 18 years, he was a truck driver, an Army veteran and a member of Teamsters Local 631.
He is survived by one son, James Ball; and two sisters, Irene Brown and Ida Barnett.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling private services.
Josephine Bowie
Josephine Bowie, 64, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 25, 1936, in Mississippi. A resident for 45 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Frankie Stingley and Jerry Stingley, and one daughter, Iesha Stingley, all of Las Vegas; two sisters, Hatti Cooper of Las Vegas and Annie Lois of Illinois; and numerous grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 1-5 p.m. Friday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Bethel Baptist Church, 400 W. Adams Ave.
Joye K. Brevik
Joye K. Brevik, 81, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 28, 1919, in Altus, Okla. A resident for 37 years, she was a retired counselor at a school for girls and active in community and senior citizen activities.
She is survived by two daughters, Janyce Voester of Santa Rosa, Calif., and Carla Joye Glenn of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will be private.

Vito T. Cannata
Vito T. Cannata, 75, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 15, 1925, in New York City. A resident for 22 years, he was a retired office manager for a furniture company, a courier for First American Title Co. for 11 years, a World War II Navy veteran and a member of Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria; two sons, William Cannata of Nanuet, N.Y., and Robert Cannata of Las Vegas; one sister, Marie Messina of Riverton, Conn.; one brother, Michael Cannata Jr. of East Rockaway, N.Y.; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
The family suggests donations to the Leukemia Society of America, 631 N. Stephanie St., Suite 139, Henderson, NV 89014.
Camille H. Charlsen
Camille H. Charlsen, 88, of Henderson died June 5 in Henderson. She was born March 23, 1912, in Kansas. A resident for seven years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Charles Carter of Wellington; and five grandchildren.

Clayton W. Frazer
Clayton W. Frazer, 90, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 2, 1911, in Armor, Kan. A resident for two years, he was a retired electrician from International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
He is survived by three sons, Ken Frazier of Las Vegas, Don Frazer of Los Angeles and Bob Newlin of Tucson, Ariz.
Neptune Society of Nevada, 8570 Del Webb Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Wanda Haws
Wanda Haws, 66, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 18, 1934, in Rodney, Ark. A resident for seven years, she was a retired USA Hosts reservationist and a member of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by one son, Michael Haws of Mishawaka, Ind.; one daughter, Cheryle Coye of Laguna Hills, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to an 11 a.m. service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Bohdan Kostiv, 81, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born March 1, 1920, in Rhode Island. A resident for 12 years, he was an accountant in the real estate industry and a member of the Ukrainian Club of Las Vegas.
He is survived by two sisters, Elizabeth Johannessen of Las Vegas and Leona Waterbury of New York.
Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Gabriel Byzantine Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Juan A. Perez
Juan A. Perez, 73, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born May 13, 1928, in Havana. A resident for 26 years, he was a retired hotel food server.
He is survived by three sons, Jose Perez, Angel Perez and Juan Armenteros, and two daughters, Irma Armenteros and Maria Perez, all of Las Vegas; two brothers, Manuel Perez and Julio Gomez, and one sister, Isabel Gomez, all of Miami; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled noon-11:59 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Beth Louise Saravia-Esquivel
Beth Louise Saravia-Esquivel, 38, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born July 14, 1962, in New York City. A resident for 10 years, she was a waitress at the Olive Garden.
She is survived by two sons, Jaron Benitez and Jorey Benitez, both of Sterling, Va.; her parents, Joyce and Leon Block, one brother, Jonathan Marcus, and her grandmother, Ray Bukaresky, all of Las Vegas.
A candlelight vigil will be 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Olive Garden at Cheyenne Avenue and Rainbow Boulevard. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling private arrangements.

George Paul Sillani Jr.
George Paul Sillani Jr., 74, of Las Vegas died June 3. He was born April 12, 1937, in Illinois. A resident for eight years, he was an Army veteran.
He is survived by one son, George Paul Sillani III of Wesley Chapel, Fla.; two daughters, Christine Barnett of Lawton, Okla., and Karen Collier of Wesley Chapel; and three grandchildren.
Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Louis J. Varga
Louis J. Varga, 84, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 16, 1917, in Sinna, Hungary. A resident for 30 years, he was a hotel chef, a World War II Marine Corps veteran and a member of the Culinary Union.
He is survived by one son, Ron Varga of Las Vegas; one daughter, Cindy Wilson of Dallas; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 2-5 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
