Mall contracts for AC service

The Fashion Show mall on the Las Vegas Strip signed a 20-year agreement with a Baltimore company that will build and operate a central air conditioning unit inside the renovated and expanded mall.
Greg Jarosinski, president of Constellation Energy Source, said in a statement his company is making an $8 million air conditioning plant investment to serve nearly 1 million square feet of common area and 250 tenants inside the Fashion Show mall, which is owned by the Rouse Co.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The $350 million expansion of the Fashion Show mall will be completed by the fall of 2003.
