Letter: No excuse for forgetting kids
Tuesday, July 10, 2001 | 9:02 a.m.
I have zero tolerance for any parent or parents who would run off to their own interests and leave an innocent child in a car, no matter what the weather. But to do that in a Las Vegas summer is unforgivable!
If you bring a child into the world you have a sacred obligation that supersedes all selfish ends. Do not suffer a child to come into this world if you do not have the decency to take good care of it.
