Lawsuits allege defects

Fifty-six homeowners of Tropical Breeze, a 400-unit home development, sued Real Homes Inc., alleging defects in the property. The development is on Coleman Street between Ranch House Road and El Campo Grande Ave.
Twenty-seven homeowners of Gold Crest, a 400-unit home project, sued Sutton Corp., alleging the property contained defects. The development is on Valley Drive between Craig Road and Alexander Road.
Two-hundred homeowners of Rancho del Sol Norte, 200-unit home development, sued three builders Tri Star Development Corp. doing business as Tri Star Homes and Tri V Partners IV, Tri V Homes; KLH Construction and Celebrate Homes Inc., alleging defects in the project. The development is on Coleman Street between Tropical Parkway and Ranch House Road.
The defendants either could not be reached or declined comment on the allegations.
