StumbleLetter: Bush can’t have it both ways

President Bush now wants to spend countless billions on the military that were not in his original budget. A man with a degree in business should know you can't spend all the money and then go on a spending spree.
Since he gave away all the money in a reckless tax cut, where is the money going to come from? I suspect he wants to use my Social Security and Medicare funds for this round of spending.
