Sport: Swimming
Currently: Sullivan is one of the top distance swimmers for the No. 7 Tar Heels, posting the squad's top time this season in the 1,650-yard freestyle (16:26:33) and the 1,000 free (9:53.88) and the team's second-best times in the 500 and 200 free. As a freshman, she captured an ACC title in the 1,650 free before finishing third in the event at last season's ACC meet. She has gone to the NCAA Championship two years running, and has already qualified for the meet again in the 1,650 this season.
Looking back: Sullivan opened her Gators career with a bang, taking the state title in the 500 free as a freshman. After finishing second in the event as a sophomore, Sullivan spent her junior season in California before returning to Green Valley for graduation. A Junior Nationals champion in the mile, Sullivan also captured back-to-back national titles with the Santa Clara Swim Club.
