Vegas home builders hit with defect allegations

Several construction defect lawsuits were filed in Las Vegas this week.
Pacific Deerfield Owners Association sued Pacific Properties and Development Corp. and Pacific Homes, alleging defects in its 104-unit condominium complex at 9901 Trailwood Drive.
The defendants could not be reached for comment.
Palmridge Drive Homeowners Association Inc. sued Del Webb Communities Inc., alleging defects in its 55-unit condominium development at Berryhill and Desert Glen Drive.
Junction Hill Drive Homeowners Association sued Del Webb, alleging defects in its 84-unit condominium complex at 2908 Fitzroy Drive in Las Vegas.
Tumble Brook Drive Homeowners Association sued Del Webb, alleging its 22-unit Las Vegas condominum development at Lake Mead Drive and Del Webb Blvd. has defects.
Del Webb officials declined comment on the allegations.
