Las Vegas Life magazine will celebrate the winners of its Epicurean Awards 2001 with a grand bash tonight at the Four Seasons. The exclusive invitation-only event is a recognition of Las Vegas' ever-burgeoning wining and dining scene.
Las Vegas Life publisher Sharon Bates said the first Las Vegas Life Epicurean Awards were so well received it was decided to make it an annual event, and to have readers involved in choosing the winners. Las Vegas Life is a monthly magazine owned by the Greenspun Corporation, which also owns the Las Vegas Sun.
Host for tonight's event is Clint Holmes, the Harrah's Las Vegas headliner who emceed last year's awards.
Award winners in 20 categories, including four new categories, were selected by Las Vegas Life magazine readers, members of the local chapter of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, the local chapter of WineBrats and other local food mavens.
