BET Holdings Inc., which owns Black Entertainment Television, said it will sell three of its four restaurants including Tres Jazz at the Paris hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
Michael Lewellen, BET spokesman, said: "The restaurants don't fit under the new structure after the purchase of BET assets by Viacom. It's the decision of the shareholders to shop for a potential buyer for the restaurants."
