StumbleOutlaws reduce roster to 56 players

The Las Vegas Outlaws made several moves this morning to get its roster down to 56 players. The team released kicker/punter Marcus Williams as well as defensive ends Vince Amey and Sterling Palmer. Quarterback Chuck Clements and running back Tyrone Edwards were placed on injured reserve.
