Mario Andreoni is executive chef at the Stratosphere hotel-casino.
Dan Amato is general manager of the Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas resort.
Robert Meyer is corporate director of procurement and quality assurance for Ameristar Casinos.
Joe Manno is vice president/casino manager for Bally's Las Vegas and Paris Las Vegas.
Timothy Wilmott, eastern division president of Harrah's Entertainment, was elected president of the Casino Association of New Jersey.
Pat Dennehy is general manager of Harrah's Cherokee casino in North Carolina.
