Outlaws cut active roster by 8 players

The Las Vegas Outlaws cut four players from their 70-man roster and placed four more on injured reserve Sunday.
The Outlaws released running back Carlo Joseph, wide receiver Cedric Tillman, linebacker Troy Dumas and defensive tackle Bryant Shaw.
Offensive lineman Mark Nori, corner back Brian Gray, defensive lineman Tom Tovo and linebacker Julius Jackson were all placed on the injured reserve list.
Outlaws quarterback Chuck Clement had an MRI Saturday on his right shoulder. Clement hurt his shoulder while throwing a 10-yard pass during Friday's practice. The Outlaws expect to know Clement's status sometime today.
The team will make eight more moves next Sunday leaving 55 players on the roster.
