StumbleConstruction defects alleged in LV condominiums

Raintree West Homeowners Association sued Falcon Homes Inc., Raintree Associated Ltd. Partnership and Falcon Development Corp., alleging numerous defects in a 376-unit condominium development at 7950 W. Flamingo Road in Las Vegas.
The defendants could not be reached for comment on the allegations.
