Sport: Football
Currently: Seigler, a 6-3, 204-pound middle linebacker, started all 12 games for the Beavers, including Monday's Fiesta Bowl victory over Notre Dame. He finished second among all Oregon State defenders with 68 total tackles during the regular season, including 43 solo takedowns. Seigler also contributed seven tackles for loss, three interceptions and two sacks, earning a spot on the Sporting News' freshman All-America team.
Looking back: A dominant two-way player as a senior, Siegler was selected to the Sun's all-state first team as both a receiver and linebacker following his final season with the Cowboys. He finished with 704 yards and seven touchdowns on 44 catches as a senior, and chipped in 103 tackles (63 solo) on defense, garnering the coaches award as the Sunrise Defensive Player of the Year.
