Appeal filed on Nasdaq delisting

Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2001 | 11:15 a.m.

The company that operates a sports theme park in Las Vegas has filed an appeal with the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel over the delisting of the company's stock issue.

All-American SportPark Inc. spokesman Kirk Hartle said the company expects to hear within a few weeks when its appeal will be heard. The appeal request automatically stays a decision by the panel to delist the stock, which had fallen below the $1 required minimum price to remain listed.

The stock was trading today at 19 cents, unchanged from Friday's close.
