Laura Morgan, 29, was arrested as part of a police vice operation Friday in downtown Reno.
The suspect is accused of buying rock cocaine from three men, then offering to perform a sex act on an undercover detective in exchange for money.
The crime of soliciting for prostitution with HIV is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Police said the case serves as a warning to the public about the risks of engaging in illegal sex activity.
Morgan also was arrested on drug charges. The three men were arrested on drug sales charges.
