A 21-year-old man killed Sunday in North Las Vegas was identified as Ricky Ricardo Chiles Jr. of Las Vegas.
Chiles was shot Sunday about 11:45 a.m. in the 2500 block of Raymond Avenue near Martin Luther King Boulevard and Carey Avenue. He was getting out of his car when another man came up and started talking to him, North Las Vegas Police said.
