Two Las Vegas ad agencies, Thomas Puckett Advertising and Hall Communications, are merging, the companies announced today.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Principals for the two companies could not be reached today on whether there would be any layoffs in connection with the merger.
Puckett will take on the title of vice president and chief creative director and will move to Hall's office at 6600 Amelia Earhart Court by Friday.
Hall says it is the second-largest advertising agency in Nevada.
