Bally's Las Vegas hotel-casino sued B2BNE.com Inc. to recover $141,000 in claimed damages after the e-commerce company allegedly breached a contract to hold a convention at the hotel-casino from Oct. 1-5.
In a Clark County District Court suit, Bally's said the Massachusetts company cancelled its contract on Aug. 18 after booking group hotel accommodations at Bally's for the convention.
The defendant could not be reached.
