Balloting was scheduled at the Riviera on Friday and at Bally's on Saturday.
A union official said the Riviera has about 180 eligible dealers and Bally's has 300.
The Transport Workers Union began working to organize Las Vegas' 30,000 dealers last year.
Since the elections began in January, dealers at the Tropicana and Stratosphere approved joining the union. Dealers at the Monte Carlo, Las Vegas Hilton and MGM Grand rejected the union.
Elections are scheduled Feb. 17 at New York-New York, Feb. 23 at the New Frontier, March 3 at Excalibur and March 10 at Treasure Island.
