Henderson hospitals affected by reorganization

The Catholic Healthcare West reorganization will affect the administration of the two St. Rose Dominican Hospital campuses in Henderson, which have operated as a single division within the company.
CHW spokeswoman Lori Aldrete said the two local centers would be grouped with two Phoenix hospitals, St. Joseph's and Chandler Community, to form an Arizona-Nevada division to be led by Division President Michael Erne.
Aldrete said it hasn't been determined how many jobs at St. Rose would be among the 350 affected by the restructuring plan. It also hasn't been determined where Erne will be based.
The regional board overseeing the Henderson hospitals will be dissolved and replaced with one board overseeing all CHW hospitals. Community advisory boards will be established at each hospital.
Rod Davis, president and chief executive officer of St. Rose's Siena and Rose de Lima campuses in Henderson, will continue in that capacity, a hospital spokeswoman said.
