Southern Nevada's eighth Krispy Kreme Doughnuts store opened Thursday at the Venetian.
The 3,500-square-foot store, located in the Grand Canal Shoppes food court, is owned by businessman Lincoln Spoor, who holds the southern Nevada franchise. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Inc. is based in Winston-Salem, N.C.
The store is the second to open on the Strip, joining an outlet at the Excalibur hotel-casino. Besides non-casino stores, Krispy Kremes are also located at Texas Station, Palace Station and Sunset Station.
