Station Casinos Inc. of Las Vegas is fighting two offshore online gaming entities over ownership rights to two domain names bearing what it says are its trademarks "Kenomania" and "Sunset Station."
Station sued to recover two domain names, "kenomania.com," a domain name owned by Icrystal of British Columbia, Canada, and "sunsetcasino.net," a domain name owned by Robbins Carnegie Inc. of St. John's, Antigua, in U.S. District Court.
The suit said the domain names were "registered with the bad faith intent of profiting from Station's trademarks."
The defendants could not be reached for comment.
