A man walking with a woman was killed Monday night when a gunman came up to him and shot him in the head, Metro Police said.
The slain man was walking in the 1500 block of Las Vegas Boulevard South near Wyoming Avenue about 7:30 p.m. Monday, police said.
The suspect, described only as a man, ran away after the shooting. No motive has been determined for the killing and no suspect identified.
The slain man's name was not released this morning pending positive identification and notification of his family.
