Three players plan to join UNLV women

Two top Michigan preps and one international recruit have signed national letters of intent to join the UNLV women's basketball team for the 2002-03 season.

Sheena Moore, a 5-foot-7 Street & Smith's and Nike High School All-American, attends Lansing, Mich., Everett High School -- the alma mater of NBA legend Magic Johnson. Moore averaged a team-high 16.4 points this season, leading the Lady Vikings to their second straight MHSAA Class A championship

Evelien Callens, a 6-foot-2 forward from Mariakerke, Belgium, is a member of the Belgium National Team. She plays club basketball for Euronyl Waregem and is averaging 16 points, 11 rebounds and four assists per game.

Nejlah Clark, a 5-foot-11 guard from Detroit, is a Nike High School All-American from Martin Luther King High School.
