North Las Vegas Mayor Michael Montandon is to be congratulated for eliminating trivia from those testifying to the North Las Vegas City Council. The free speechers would open up comments on any subject, from preventing the sun from setting to keeping birds out of trees.
Conversely, Mayor Oscar Goodman in his Las Vegas City Council broadway productions allows anything to be said, particularly speeches praising him or support for his vain personal goals.
I'll take Montandon any time.
