Ruth S. Coon
Ruth S. Coon, 81, of Boulder City died Friday in Boulder City. She was born Dec. 17, 1919, in Etna, N.Y.
She is survived by one son, Gary Coon of Fair Oaks, Calif.; and one niece, Janice Jensen of Granada Hills, Calif.
Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling private arrangements.
Harry Edward Hausmann
Harry Edward Hausmann, 88, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Henderson. He was born Aug. 2, 1913, in Middleboro, Mass. A resident for 10 years, he retired as a U.S. Postal Service employee after 40 years, was a World War II Navy veteran and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Norwalk, Calif.
He is survived by his wife, Marguerite A.
Visitation is scheduled 30 minutes prior to 2 p.m. services Wednesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Elaine M. Heller
Elaine M. Heller, 82, of Henderson died Saturday in a local care center. She was born Jan. 20, 1919, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 20 years, she was a retired restaurateur.
She is survived by one daughter, Gail Heller of Henderson; four brothers, Barry Heller of California, Richard Greenberg and Ronald Heller, both of Arizona, and Harold Rothbard of Florida; one sister, Fran Breitstone of New York.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 10-10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Jackson Mason
Jackson Mason, 61, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 18, 1940, in California. A resident for 35 years, he was an electrician for Nevada Power Co., a Vietnam War Army infantry veteran, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.
He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Mason of Chicago.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Chicago. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
William E. Pearman
William E. Pearman, 78, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 8, 1923, in Middlesboro, Ky. A resident for seven years, he was a retired government quality assurance supervisor, a World War II Army Air Corps veteran of the 340 Group 488th Squadron Bomb Wing.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Violet; two daughters, Patricia Ebel of Las Vegas and Barbara Jean Gross of Sidney, Ohio; two brothers, Glenn Pearman of Spring Hill, Fla., and James Pearman of Dayton, Ohio; and four grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 2 p.m. services Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will be in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
The family suggests donations to the American Lung Association, 3375 Glen Ave., No. 7, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
Anna Beatrice Seech
Anna Beatrice Seech, 91, of Henderson died Saturday in Henderson. A resident for 34 years, she was born July 24, 1910, in Erie, Pa.
She is survived by two sons, Calvin Seech of Henderson and Michael J. Seech of Wells; one daughter, Debra Allen of Las Vegas; one sister, Carrie Broz of Ambridge, Pa.; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon-1 p.m. Thursday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Joyce Maxine Stanger
Joyce Maxine Stanger, 79, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Henderson. She was born April 16, 1922, in Scott City, Kan. A resident for seven years, she was a homemaker and a Navy veteran.
She is survived by one son, David Stanger of Las Vegas; one daughter, Diane Stanger of Henderson; and four grandchildren.
Services will be in Arizona. Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite charity.
