Lottery subsidiary wins Oregon contract

Las Vegas-based Anchor Gaming announced today it has been awarded a nine-year contract by the Oregon Lottery.
Under terms of the contract, Anchor subsidiary VLC will sell 2,000 video lottery gaming machines to the Oregon Lottery through April 2003. VLC will also provide services and support to the lottery through March 2010.
The contract is valued at more than $16 million, and is one of the largest received by VLC in several years.
VLC currently supplies video lottery terminals to 10 jurisdictions, and has about 75,000 machines in the field.
