Show, recital
The Young Artists Recital Series Search for Talent winners -- featuring pianist Sherry Kim, drummer Erik Szalmas, guitarist Adam Rasansky and country singer Brittany Smillie -- will perform at 2 p.m. Saturday at Reed Whipple Cultural Center, 821 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Singing priests

'Wiz' staged
Super Summer Theater concludes its season with a production of the musical "The Wiz" at 8 p.m. today and Saturday at Spring Mountain Ranch State Park. (Additional performances are Wednesday and Thursday and Aug. 24-25). Tickets are $7 for general admission; $6 for seniors on Wednesday and Thursday; $8 general admission on Friday and Saturday; and $10 at the gate. Call 594-PLAY.
