StumbleFormer Rebel Campbell leads Texas tourney

Chad Campbell, an alumnus of the UNLV golf team, fired an 8-under-par 64 Thursday to take the first-round lead in the Buy.com tour's Permian Basin Open in Odessa, Texas.
Another former Rebel, Charley Hoffman, and Bonanza High School graduate Scott Piercy had one-under 71s. Piercy is making his professional debut.
