A Las Vegas-based company that offers business incorporation services sued to stop its former salesmen from violating their non-compete agreements and working for a rival.
Nevada Corporate Headquarters, which said it offers in-state corporate resident agent services nationwide, sued Michael Wheeler, who was hired on Jan. 22 and left Feb. 14; Wayne Wrath, who was hired March 6 and left April 17; and Dale Campbell, who was hired Jan. 21 and left April 27.
The defendants were accused of violating their non-compete agreements when they joined its rival, the Carrington-Carmichael Group of Las Vegas, owned by C-Tech Inc., and allegedly divulged sensitive and confidential information regarding the plaintiff's financial status and marketing strategy.
The defendants could not be reached for comment.
