A Las Vegas petroleum products supplier sued two former employees, alleging they breached their one-year non-compete agreements when they defected to a rival.
Haycock Petroleum Co. Inc. sued former sales persons Brenda Lee Frentzel and Tom Tonai and their new employer, Tri-State Petroleum, in Clark County District Court.
Tri-State Petroleum declined comment. The other defendants could not be reached for comment.
