StumbleConstruction defects alleged in lawsuits

Two construction defect lawsuits were filed in recent weeks in Clark County District Court.
Several Cabrillo Terrace condominium owners filed a class action lawsuit against developer Millen Development and Cabrillo Terrace Owners Association, alleging defects in their 96-unit development at Cabrillo Circle and Venice Drive in Henderson.
The defendants could not be reached for comment.
Separately, Sunrise Ridge Homeowners Association Inc. sued its developers Saxton Inc. and Saratoga Land and Development Inc., alleging defects in its 154-unit condominium development at 5330 E. Charleston Blvd.
The defendants declined comment.
