Hotel San Remo sued a former casino host, Stephen Roy, alleging he stole and used its confidential client information to encourage its customers to gamble at its rival, Palace Station.
Hotel San Remo sued Roy, who was hired in 1995 and left in May, in Clark County District Court.
Hotel San Remo alleged it received e-mails from clients that say they received a two-night comp from Roy to stay at Palace Station.
Roy denied the allegations.
