Horse reward rises

The West Coast Office of the Humane Society of the United States has offered a potential $5,000 reward for information for the third shooting of wild horses in the Nevada-Utah area since March.
The offer joins a $2,000 reward from the Nevada Bureau of Land Management and $1,000 rewards by each of four organizations.
