International Game Technology of Reno is in new slot agreements with competitors WMS Gaming of Chicago and Anchor Gaming of Las Vegas.
IGT and Anchor said they will co-develop seven new wheel games based on famous themes and extend the licensing agreement covering the Wheel of Fortune slots for an additional year through 2006.
Separately, WMS said it will develop games based on a popular entertainment brand -- which it has not yet identified -- and place them on IGT's wide-area progressive MegaJackpots jackpot system. Profits will be shared equally.
