New London-Vegas flight set
Monday, April 23, 2001 | 11:07 a.m.
A third weekly nonstop flight between London and McCarran International Airport will be added June 19, a published report said.
Virgin Atlantic Airlines, which began twice-a-week flights between Gatwick International Airport and Las Vegas last June, will add the flight when the company takes delivery of new Boeing 747 jets later this year, Travel Agent magazine reported.
The airline did not immediately confirm the new flight.
The new round-trip flight would be offered on Tuesdays. Virgin Atlantic already has flights on Thursdays and Sundays.
