I've never been in favor of sting operations.
However, cops acting as homeless people while watching for possible traffic violations takes the cake. What a waste of precious resources.
I advise concerned drivers to stop by their favorite shop and pick up a bag of day-old doughnuts. Next time they see someone loitering, hand out a doughnut. Remember, next time that same person could be the one to save your life.
